Rotational molding, or rotomolding, is commonly known as an extremely versatile to produce hollow plastic at low production cost. When compared to other method, the process allows to manufacture intricate, huge, asymmetrical geometry. Wall thickness can be accurately controlled. Comparable to injection moulding, rotational molding tools are considerably cheaper, which is 10% of the injection. Rotomolded plastic speaker enclosures is significantly characterized by one-piece construction, sturdy, airtight and waterproof to withstand the rain and dust, suitable for outdoor use. High sound quality is achievable without reverberation

In addition to custom sizes, hole cutouts, LCD windows,  we can also add threaded insert standoffs to the interior of the plastic speaker housings to allow for the mounting of electrical components and circuit boards.This can lower the cost accordingly.
